• Investigate in depth the implications of Equality Act 2010 and place on more formal footing if deemed appropriate

People Plan

KYP will ensure the performance of the team is of the highest order with the majority of candidates being very satisfied with the support during the achievement of their NVQ/QCF. (KPI)

• To ensure that the team maintain their competence and support their CPD activities through meetings etc.
• To equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge to increase revenue generation potential and increase client engagement.
• To review our internal performance and development review process to ensure it is fit for purpose.
• To train team in new processes (see Standard & Quality Management System objectives as below).

Mr Rudge a 46 year Managing Director in the Midlands is also a competent off shore sailor in his own right. Having ran the London Marathon in 2006 and several charity events Mr Rudge has been accepted for the Paris Marathon on the 5th April 2009, with this in mind he contacted KYP Health and Leisure with a view to gain insight into his existing fitness levels. During conversations it was highlighted he could gain access to KYP’s performance center and record his statistics where upon a valid training program would be implemented. A representative of KYP Health and Leisure visits Mr. Rudge once a week with discussions covering his progress and motivation. KYP produces a portfolio that is client friendly and enables the client to visualise real progress and possible future directions. KYP Health and Leisure believes this approach enables the client to stay motivated and reach achievable goals.
